Problem Note 49152: The message "User...is not valid owner for the indicator's current location." is displayed when you select a KRI owner in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you select an owner for a KRI, SAS Enterprise GRC might display a message similar to the following:
User testuser1 is not valid owner for the indicator's current location.
The system displays the message because the selected user does not have the required capabilities to be the KRI owner. The user should not be displayed in the list of users from which you can choose. However, this list of users incorrectly shows users without the capability to be the KRI owner.
To work around this issue, select a user that has the capability to own the KRI.
